Survey Design Services - Study On The Elaboration Of Biennial Reports On Transparency And Reports On National Communications, According To The Provisions Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/1.999. The Study Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Reporting Obligations Of Romania Under The Provisions Of The Unfcc, The Agreement In Paris And Regulation (Eu) 2018/1999 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 11 December 2018, With The Subsequent Amendments And Completions. In Order To Strengthen The Global Response To Threatening Climatic Changes, The Parties Adopted The Paris Agreement In 2015 And Through It, Set Up An Increased Transparency Framework (Etf). Btr1 Will Be Elaborated In Accordance With The Provisions Of Decision 5/Cma.3 - Guide For The Operation Of The Modalities, Procedures And Guidelines For The Consolidated Transparency Framework Mentioned In Article 13 Of The Paris Agreement, The Provisions Of Decision 18/Cma.1 - Modalities, Procedures And Guidelines (Mpg) For The Transparency Framework For Action And Support Mentioned In Article 13 Included In Decision No. 2/Cp.17 As Well As The Provisions Included In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/1999. According To Par. (3), Art. Xxii Of The Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2024 For The Regulation Of Some Fiscal-Budgetary Measures In The Field Of Managing The Budgetary Receivables And The Budget Deficit For The General Consolidated Budget In 2024, As Well As For The Modification And Completion Of Some Normative Acts, The Expenses Financed From The Amounts Constituted From The Receipts Obtained Following The Deletion Of The Auction Of The Certificates Of The Gas Certificates. Alin. (1) And (2) Of The Above Mentioned Normative Act.
