Expression of Interest for Provision of Funeral Services for Veterans of the Liberation Struggle of Namibia for a period of three years (03) from 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2028. Qualification Requirements Service providers must provide information indicating their capabilities, experience and qualification in burial services by meeting the requirements and supplying the below listed documentation. a) The bidder must provider a fully completed, initialled, signed, dated and stamped bid submission form/documents: b) A Company profile indicating services rendered: c) A copy of Company registration documents/lounding statements. d) Have an original or certified copy of avalid standing Tax Certificate, registered with Vat: e) Have a valid or certified copy of a valid Good Standing Social Security Certificate (SSC): 1) Must be registered with SSC for pensioners burials g) Have a valid certified copy of the Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate proof from Employment Equity Commissioner that the bidder is not a relevant employer, or exemption issued in terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act 1998: h) A written undertaking 138 of Public Procurement Act 2015, Section 50 (2)(d): i) Reference of providing decent burial undertaken by the company over(1) year with proven record.
