Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Roads in Kosrae State. Bidders must submit their Bids electronically through Tenderlink on or before 1 May 2025, 10:00 AM (Pohnpei local time). Late bids and hard copy submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration duly signed. Bids will be opened after the deadline on 1 May 2025, 11:00 AM (Pohnpei local time). Bidders will have the option to attend the electronic bid opening via an online videoconferencing system.
