The Offer Is Based On A Digital/Hybrid Supply Concept Consisting Of Video Telephone Conversations (Tele Coaching) And An App Or Web-Based Application For Insured Persons. The Actual Individual Needs Are Determined Within The Offer As Part Of An Assessment. No (Digital) Psychotherapy Is Provided As Part Of The Offer. Previous Therapeutic Successes Should Be Secured In The Long Term, Insured Persons Are Supported And Accompanied In The Transition To Outpatient Regular Care.
