The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Construction Of A Social And Office Building, A Multi-Station Garage, Access Road, Parking Stations And Electric Vehicle Charging Stations With Connections In Park Śląski S.A. In Chorzów. 2. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: 1) Stage I: A) Performing An Inventory Of The Area, Maps For Design Purposes, Along With Armament To The Extent Necessary To Develop The Project, Perform Geological Wells And Geotechnical Opinion, And Obtaining Information On Mining And Geological Conditions, B) Developing Construction Design Documentation On The Basis Of The Concept Of The Ordering Party Together With Obtaining On Behalf Of All Right Administrative Decisions Necessary To Start And Implement Construction Works, C) Developing A Detailed Investors Cost Estimate, D) Execution Of Executive Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction, Design Principles And Technical Knowledge, 2) Stage Ii - Performance Of Construction Works (Based On The Developed Documentation) As Well As The Implementation And Placement Of An Information Board. The Order Received, Except For Garbage Bins, Lighting Columns With The Frame, Light Source And Foundation, Which Is Provided By The Contracting Authority. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Pfu With Attachments (Annex 3 To Swz). 5. Additional Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz).
