1. The Subject Of The Order Is Revitalization Of The Historic Barracks Building / So -Called Laundry / - Stage I In Garwolin In The Design And Build Formula. In The First Stage Of The Investment Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) To Perform Complete Project And Cost Documentation - Revitalization (All) Renovation Of The Facility Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Pfu, Concept, Technical And Mycological Assessment), Obtaining Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits In This Building Permit. 2) Making The First Stage Of Construction Works Based On Approved Project Documentation2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 10 To Swz.3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Accompanying Works, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform:- Geodetic Service,- As-Built Geodetic Inventory- 2 Ex.- Development And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Time Of Conducting Works- Device Of The Construction Site,- Adaptation Of The Height Of Existing Exits To The Road- Providing Temporary Transitions And Travel, Newly Built.
