Proper Protection, Fence And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Geodetic Service Together With As -Built Inventory, 3) Ordering The Construction Site And Transferring It To The Employer On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of Works, 4) Bringing The Area To The Original State With The Equalization Of Possible Damage To The Owners These: Water Test Results, As -Built Cost Estimate, Declarations, Etc.), 6) The Full Responsibility, Which Is Borne By The Contractor For Violating The Provisions On Environmental Protection At The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And The Management Of Waste To The Extent Completely Releasing From This Liability Of The Ordering Party.
