1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 716, As Amended) For The Purposes Of The Ordering Party With A Total Estimated Volume: 557,736 Kwh, Which Is Divided Into Individual Settlement Zones: Day-485 439 Kwh, Night-72 297 Kwh. The Volume Of Electricity Indicated Above And Attached No. 3 To Swz (Sopz) Is Estimated And Is Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer (Contractors Remuneration). In The Event Of A Reduction Or Increase In The Number Of Patients Of The Contracting Authority Or Buying New Energy -Consuming Devices By The Employer During The Period Of The Contract (Which Will Translate Into Increased Or Decreasing Electricity Consumption By The Contracting Authority), The Contracting Authority May Buy Less Or More Electricity From The Contractor, While In Each Case This Difference Will Not Be Higher Than 10% Of The Above -Mentioned Volume. The Above Circumstance Will Affect The Final Amount Of The Remuneration Contractor Due, While The Difference In Its Amount Will Not Be Higher Than 10% Of Its Original Value.
