The Subject Of Assignment Is To Provide A Subscription Technical Support For The Program Product Human Resources Management System Of Hermes At The Central Administration Of The Nhif And 28 Rhif. The Service Includes: 1. Ensuring The Normal Functioning Of Hermes Software, Maintaining The Product In An Up -To -Date State Corresponding To Possible Extensions, Including Those Related To The Change Of Regulatory Framework. 2. Information Of The Contracting Authority And Nhif About The News In The Software Product And The Provision Of All New Versions And Changes To The Software That Came Out During The Maintenance Period, Which Should Be Accompanied By Information On The Changes Made And With A Detailed Installation Instruction. 3. Installation Of New Versions, Extensions And Changes, Errors And Accompanying Settings By Specialists Determined By The Contractor. 4. Provision Of Maintenance, Tuning, Introduction Of New Ones And, Where Necessary, Correction Of Existing Specimens Approved By The Nhif, Beyond The Normatively Approved Ones. 5. Timely Update Of The Software Product In Accordance With The Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Changes In The Normative Acts, Incl. The Law On Introduction Of The Euro In The Republic Of Bulgaria. An Adapted Version Of The Euro Software Product Should Be Provided To The Nhif Within The Maintenance Provided. 6. Providing Users Help With The Software Product. The Requirements For The Implementation Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Annex 1. *** The Period For Provision Of The Service Is From 01.07.2025 To 31.12.2026. The Participant Proves His Compliance With The Requirement Made By Applying An Authorization Letter Or Other Equivalent Document Issued By The Developer Or By His Official Representation In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By Translation Into Bulgarian. In The Case Of Submission By The Participant Of An Authorization Letter By An Official Representative Of The Developer (Or Equivalent Document), The Offer Also Attached An Authorization Letter Issued By The Developer (Or Equivalent Document In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By Translation Into Bulgarian), Which Authorizes The Official Representative Of The Developer To Provide Third Party Authorization.
