Building-Cleaning Services – Lfa-2025-03. The Building Cleaning To Be Provided By The Contractor Includes The Cleaning And Maintenance Of Ceilings And Walls, Textile And Non -Textile Floor Coverings, Sanitary And In -House Facilities As Well As Objects Of The Interior Equipment And Space Facility In The Objects. The Contractor Must Also Provide All Services In Accordance With The List Of Services And The Other Contractual Systems. In Particular, The Contractor Owes The Cleaning Success, As Specified In Appendix 5 To The Contract. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Set At Least The Minimum Annual Cleaning Lessons Without Object Management, Foreman And Daily Force As In Appendix 8 And, In The Column Of The Price Sheets (Appendix 3) For The Rooms And Objects And The Cleaning Groups To Be Cleaned Individually.
