The City Of Nieheim Plans To Convert And Energetic Renovation Of The Town Hall In Nieheim To A House Of Culture And Clubs. The Existing Town Hall, Which Has Been Used For Decades As An Event Location For Large Festivities Such As Carnveal Events And Rifle Festivals, Is Intended To Enable Multifunctional Use For The Local Community In The Future. The Negotiating Procedure With An Advanced Participation Competition Pursues The Goal Of Finding A Contractual Partner Who Provides The General Planning Services.
