Work In Partial General Business Comprising The Structural Work And The Roofing Work As Well As The Connections And External Arrangements. The Project Of A Volume Of Approximately 4,500 M3 Includes An Underground Car Park With Storage Premises, A Main Hall Including Workshops, Store And A Mezzanine As Well As An Administrative Part And Social Premises. The Basement Is Designed In Concrete, With A Waterproof Raft And Walls In Secant Pile Curtains. The Basement Slab Is Also To Be Made Of Concrete As Well As The Administrative Part. The Hall Will Be Made In Metal Frame With Sandwich Panels On The Facade And Steel Sheets With Insulation And Waterproofing In Roof. Start / Duration Of Work: October 2025/185 Working Days
