The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender Under The Supply Business Directive, Cf. Executive Order No. 1078 Of June 29, 2022 On The Procedures When Entering Into Contracts In Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services, Which Means That Any Suitable Tenderer Has The Right To Submit Tender. The Executive Order Refers To A Certain Extent To The Rules Of The Tendering Act, And The Tender Terms Therefore Also Contain Reference To The Tendering Act (Legal (Legal 10 Of 6 January 2023). This Framework Agreement Includes An Estimated 5,400 District Heating Unit And A Maximum Of 7,000 Installations Mounted In The Period May 2025 - 30 April 2033. The Estimated And Maximum Quantity Is The Builders Estimate And The Value/Quantities Are Thus Indicative. The Contract Offered Is Offered As A Framework Agreement And Is Awarded To One Supplier. The Agreement Is Exclusive And Obligatory To The Developer, But The Developer Does Not Commit To Decreasing A Certain Quantity During The Term Of The Agreement. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Orders Created By The Developer On This Framework Agreement Throughout The Term Of The Agreement.
