Construction-Site Supervision Services-Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of A Site: Installation For Composting Separately Collected Household Biodegradable Waste Serving The Territories Of Elhovo And Bolyarovo Municipality. General Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Object Of The Contract Is Evaluating The Compliance Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). Construction Supervision And The Evaluation Of Conformity Of The Investment Projects, Subject To Award In This Public Procurement, Will Be Carried Out In Relation To Construction And Installation And Repair Works For The Specific Site. The Order Covers The Following Services: Conformity Assessment Of Investment Projects With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Of A Phase Work Project; Implementation Of The Functions Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act In Volume And Scope, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations In Bulgaria. Performing The Function Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work In The Execution Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Choice Of A Contractor With A Professional Qualification And Practical Experience In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Namely: Evaluation Of The Conformity Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Construction, Exercise Of Construction Supervision To Guarantee The Lawful Implementation Of Construction Works And Authorizing The Use Of The Sites From The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Including The Implementation Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator. In The Execution Of The Contract, The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out: - Carrying Out An Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project And The Development Of A Complex Report On Basic Requirements In Accordance With Art. 142 And Art. 169 Of The Spa; - Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works For The Site; - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Article 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; - Exercise Of Construction Supervision- From Signing A Contract For Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Construction Works And Copyright Supervision), In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act (Maximum 470 Mud. Days) And Ends With The Commissioning Of The Site In Accordance With The Order Provided In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
