The text of the tender documents will be posted on the web site of CAPT for information before purchasing the tender documents. The offers should be submitted not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov. kw The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors/ companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at time and place which are mentioned above of the pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted on paper.
