Tenders are invited for Procurement of Data Collection System. 1. The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) is inviting bids from both local and international bidder through the Government e-Procurement System for the procurement of Data Collection System. 2. The bidding document, bearing the reference number FSC/IFB/2025/956, can be downloaded from the Government e-Procurement System on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org 3. Bids must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System by Monday 14 April 2025 until 14:00hrs (Mauritian Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted their bids onine by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday 14 April 2025 at 14:31hrs (Mauritius Time) until Tuesday 15 April 2025 at 14:00hrs (Mauritius Time) 5. Bids will be opened online by the FSC in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend, at the address given thereunder, on Tuesday 15 April 20245 at 14:01hrs (Mauritius Time). 6. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process, as well as reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
