Tenders are Invited for Replacement of Components for Main Switchboard at Block 2m Mahligai Apartment, Jalan Ong Sum Ping, Armada Properties SDN BHD TENDER FEE : BND $50.00 ONLY Non-Refundable Tender Fee of B$50.00 (Brunei Dollars: Fifty Only) Local companies who are registered with the Ministry of Development, Negara Brunei Darussalam under Class II and above with category of works Electrical Works (E01 & E02). Having at least a minimum of Three (3) years experience with similar work scope. Have adequate manpower to carry out replacement of components for main switchboard, including any additional works required and able to provide dedicated and experienced key personnel for the project. Such manpower shall be ready with its full team and able to deploy its manpower immediately upon award. Companies must be committed to adhere to Armadas Local Business Development (LBD) initiatives, namely having a minimum of ten percent (10%) local manpower within their organisation on commencement; and to maintain accordingly or otherwise as mutually agreed.
