Hiring A Company Specialized In Providing Technical Services In Information Technology, Which Are Ended: A) Implementation Of The Ministry Of Healths Electronic Medical Record Program-E-Sus, Including: Individualized Personal Training, Monitoring And Monitoring Of Registration And/Or Insertion Of Data In The System, Data Extraction And Reports, System Updates, Whenever Including Xml Issues, Error Correction And Adaptations And Adaptations. Necessary, Adjustments To New Requirements In The Ministry Of Health Among Others, So That The Company Is Fully Responsible For The System. It Should Also Carry Out Local Backup And Cloud The Costs Of The Company Hired For At Least 02 (Two) Times A Day. B) Considering That The System Works Via Server, The Company Will Be Responsible For Maintenance, Support, Updates Necessary For Its Correct Operation. If There Is A Need For Maintenance, Updates And/Or Any Other Related Services Necessary So That The System Is Not Inoperative, The Company Should Consider That The Maximum Service Time Is Up To 20 (Twenty) Minutes (Remote Or Face -To -Face According To The Practical Case), Since The Server Is Continuous For All Medical Care, Which, Without Its Operation, Unfeasures The Continuation Of The Ongoing Care. Provision Of Services Both In Its Own Establishment, As Well As In The Public Office Itself According To Each Case, Including The Displacement, Food, Daily, Telephone Service, Email, Whatsapp Among Others. The Company Should Make With The Municipal Health Secretariat At Least 02 (Two) Weekly Visits And How Many Other Visits Are Necessary, In Order To Perform These Services Requested And/Or Necessary For The Correct Operation Of The System And Server. The Company Will Be Available, Through Its Responsible Technician, From Monday To Friday Of 06H00mi, 14/03/2025
