It Is Necessary To Ensure An Integral Workplace: The Supplier Is Also Responsible For The Installation And Calibration Of The Entire System. The Contracting Authority Allows Balance Offers. A) In The Event That A Specific Assortment Was Indicated In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, This Should Be Treated As A Reference To The Minimum Level Of Technical And Functional Requirements. The Given Name Aims To Determine The Quality And Functionality Standard Required By The Employer. D) The Equivalence Assessment Criteria Include: -Speaking Of All Minimum Technical Parameters And Functional Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex 2 To Swz. -Providing At Least The Same Quality, Functionality And Reliability As In The Case Of The Assortment Mentioned From The Name. In Particular, In Relation To The Software By Equivalence, The Contracting Authority Understands The Necessity: -Providing The Full Functionality Offered By The Software In The Minimum Version Indicated By The Contracting Authority, -Access To The Equivalent System Of These Applications And Software, Which Are Available To The Software Or Applications And Alternative Software Indicated By The Contracting Authority, Ensuring All The Same Functionalities. E) The Purchaser Reserves That In The Event Of Not Confirmed The Equivalence Of The Offered Assortment, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
