In Totally We Speak Of Around 1,400 Users Spread Over These Locations, But With A Center Of Gravity In The Ghent Headquarters (Zwijnaarde) With Around 250 Users, Including A 24/7/365 Call-Center. I-Mens Currently Have +- 3,000 Fixed, External Numbers, Split Into Blocks Of 10 Or 100 Numbers. A Number Of Those Numbers Are Kept In Stock Unused. Most Are Of Course Linked To A User. I-Mens Also Has A Number Of (Own) Service And Marketing Numbers: 070/078 And 0800. The External Numbers Are Linked To Our Main Telephony Solution, Being Cisco Webex Calling. I-Mens Currently Uses 2 Sip Trunks With 250 Competitor Channels. The Calls Are Routed From Our Current Provider To Our Audiocodes Sbc And Delivered Via This Sbc In Webex Calling. On The Headquarters There Is A Permanent Operational (24/7) Service Center Where Telephony Is Of Course Business-Critical. In Addition, There Are Decentralized Contact Points In The Other Offices And Locations. For Almost All Telephony, I-Mens Made The Switch To Webex Calling (Cloud) Around Q3 2024. A Few Smaller Locations Or Where A Residential Care Center Or Daycare Center Is Also Located, At The Time Of The Publication Of This Selection Phase Are Still Functioning With More Classic Telephony Solutions Or A Cloud-Pbx Solution. All Existing Telephone Lines Are Scoured To A Central Sip Trunk In The Data Center That I-Mens Uses In Zaventem, With An Additional Redundant Sip Trunk (Currently In Datacenter In Leuven). The Mobile Telephony, Consisting Of Around 10,000 Users, Is Already Housed Through A Framework Contract With One Of The Major Operators And Is Therefore Not In The Scope Of This Tender. A Smooth And Cost -Efficient Telephone Traffic Between Our Users Of Fixed Telephony On The One Hand And The Users Of Our Mobile Telephony On The Other Is A Particularly Important Requirement In This Tender.
