The Aims Of The Project Competition: 1) In The First Phase, The Best Requirements Listed In The Terms Of The Project Competition, Which Meet The Artistic Idea Of The Sculptures In Vilnius. At The End Of This Phase, The Participants Of The 1St And Iii Place Are Paid Prizes And The Purchase Contract Is Not Concluded. 2) In The Second Phase, To Continue The Procedures For The Purchase Of Services After The Artistic Idea, The Services Of Sculpture And Physical Fulfillment (Manufacture) And Its Physical Installation (Construction) At The Locations Specified In Vilnius Avenue, Druskininkai, By The Winner Of The Tender Are To Be Purchased By The Winner Of The Competition. At The End Of This Phase, The Purchase Contract Is Concluded. The Cost Of Services May Not Exceed The Maximum Amount For This Project Competition, I.E. Eur 1,200,000.00 Excluding Vat, Eur 1,452,000.00 Including Vat. The Term Of Service Is 36 Months. The Exact Term And Order Of The Service Will Be Determined During The Uncertainty Negotiations. Depending On The Results Of The Unglassed Negotiations, The Term Of Service, Including Extensions, Will Not Be More Than 48 Months. From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract.
