The Play Apparatus Shall Consist Of One Or Several Identity Creating Elements Inspired By The Characteristic Clay Wing Sandnesgauken. The Play Apparatus Project Will Be In Different Phases And Is Planned As Follows: 1. Development Of The Concept, Including Preparation Of Cost Estimates 2. Detailed Engineering Design 3. Fabrication And Installation Phases 1 And 2 Are Referred To As The Interaction Part Of The Project. Phase 3 Is Referred To As The Material Part Of The Project. The Contracting Authority Will Depend On The Final Investment Decision From The Administrative Management In Order To Proceed After Phase 2. Progress: The Project Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Guidelines Stated In The Requirement Specification. The Work Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Laws, Regulations, Standards And Relevant Documentation. Sandnes Kommune Is The Builder Of The Project.
