The Supply Includes A Contract For The Maintenance And Further Development Of The Contracting Entry Of The Contracting Esdh System (Public 360), Which The Contracting Entity Has Been Adapted And Which The Contracting Entity Has An Unlimited Use Right To. The Supplier Must, From The Time Of Acquisition, Maintain And Support All Parts Of The System, Including Providing Such Services Needed To Keep The System In Good And Reliable Condition, And Ensure That The System During The Term Of The Contract Meets All The Requirements Of The Contract And Otherwise Supports The Contractors Business Goals. The Contract Must Thus Allow The Contracting Entity To Utilize The Licenses In Relation To A Supply Of Maintenance And Further Development Of The Esdh System. The Contracting Entity Has Approx. 120 User Licenses. For Rights Reasons, Tietoevry Is Only As A Producer That Can Maintain Public 360, Which Is Why The Supply In Practice Presupposes That Tietoevry Will Enter As A Subcontractor To All The Suppliers In The Market That May Be Interested In The Supply. In This Connection, It Is The Contracting Entity To Ensure That There Is Sufficient Competition Between The Tenderers. In Connection With The Tender, The Contracting Entity Has Prepared A Written Instruction To Tietoevry, Which Ensures That Tietoevry Treats All Main Suppliers, And The Contracting Entity Continuously Exercises The Necessary Control Hereby On The Basis Of The Control Mechanisms Set Out In The Instructions. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Operation Of The System. The Tender Includes A Contract Containing Elements Of Both A Public Contract And A Framework Agreement. The Contract Thus Includes Both The Suppliers Duty To Provide Maintenance Of The Existing Esdh System, As Well As An Element Of A Framework Agreement In Connection With The Contracting Entity To Order During The Contract Period And Further Development Of The System, So That The System Can Be Continuously Adapted To The Development Of The Contracting Rights Business Needs.
