The Tender Includes A Contract For Establishing, Operating, Maintaining And Supporting A Road Planning And Settlement System As A Service. The Contracting Authorities Are Midttrafik, Nordjyllands Traffic Company, Sydtrafik, Bat - Your Bus On Bornholm And Fynbus. All The Companies Together Constitute The Contracting Authorities. The Purpose Of This Project Is To Implement A New, Joint Timetable, Settlement And Management System To Ensure A Contemporary And Efficient Development, Planning And Administration Of Public Transport. The Contracting Authorities Want To Acquire One System That Consists Of Two Modules: A Planning Module And A Settlement Module. The Tender Includes A Contract Containing Elements Of A Framework Agreement, With The Contract Covering The Suppliers Duty To Provide The Above Specified, As Well As An Element Of A Framework Agreement In Connection With The Contracting Authorities Ability To Purchase More Specified Ad Hoc Services For The Stipulated Hourly Rates For Ad Hoc Assistance. The Contract Is Expected To Take Effect In Early September 2025.
