The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities For The Site: 1. Preparation Of Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project For The Site Including: Assessment Of Conformity With The Material Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Technical Investment Project For The Construction, In Volume And Content According To The Spa, Including The Conformity Assessment And Technical Control Of The Part Constructive Part. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa; Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Evaluations For Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Works; Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project. The Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project For The Building Should Meet The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 4, Para. 5, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 9 And Para. 10, Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1, Prop. 1, Para. 4, Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Law On Spatial Planning, The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Ordinance No. Rd-20-1 Of 5 February 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Investment In The Construction Products Of The Republic Of Bulgaria 14/20.02.2015, Other Legal And By-Laws Regulating The Construction And Structure Of The Territory, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-25 Of December 3, 2012 On The Conditions And Procedure For Issuing A Certificate For Entry In The Register Of Consultants For Evaluation Of The Conformity Of Investment Projects And/Or Exercise Of Construction Above. The Conformity Assessment Covers All Parts Of The Investment Project, Which Are Grounds For Issuing A Building Permit Under The Spatial Planning Act. Their Mutual Coherence, Completeness And Structural Correspondence Are Evaluated. The Contractor Should Report And Defend His Decisions Contained In The Prepared Comprehensive Report, In Their Consideration, Announcement And Approval By The Contracting Authority.
