The Center For The Management Of The Territorial Public Service Of Hautes-Pyrénées, Represented By Its President, Proceeds To This Consultation In Order To Take Out A Participation Agreement For The Implementation Of A Complementary Health Coverage To The Profits Of Local Authorities And Affiliated Public Establishments (Or Not Affiliated) At The Hautes-Pyrénées Management Center, As Well As Its Own Agents. Ladhesion To These Contracts Is Offered To Local Authorities And Public Establishments Affiliated Or Not To The Management Center. The Duration Is 6 Years From January 1, 2026. The Market For Its Firm Tranche Is A Framework Agreement With A Single Operator In The Form Of A Market For Order Orders, Without Minimum, And With A Maximum Of 8,000,000 Euro (S) Fixing All The Contractual Stipulations
