Taps, Cocks And Valves-Hanasaari C Heat Production Plant, Actuator, Hand, Setback, Line Adjustment And Safety Valves. Helen Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Entity Or Subscriber) Has Set A Target To Be A Carbon -Neutral Energy Company By 2030. To Achieve This Goal, Helen Has Decided To Implement A Carbon -Neutral Plant In Hanasaari (Hac). The Heat Production Plant Will Include Heat Production With Electric Boilers. A District Heating Warehouse Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Electric Boiler Plant. In This Purchase, Helen Oy (Subscriber) Is Looking For One (1) Supplier To Supply Valves. There Are About 400 Valves In This Purchase. The Delivery Unit Is Divided Into Four (4) Parts, Three Of Which (3) Are Options. The Redemption Of The Options Will Be Decided Separately. Option Prices Are Fully Compared As Part Of The Bidding Comparison. Options Must Be Offered. The Redemption Of The Options Will Be Carried Out No Later Than 9/2025. The Procurement Entries Are As Follows: Actuator Valves, Handworks, Setback Valves, Line Control Valves And Safety Valves Of The Electric Boiler Plant Process, Dn300 Or More Than Dn300. (Option 1) Operational Valves, Hand Valves, Non -Return Valves, Line Control Valves And Safety Valves Of The District Heating Battery Process, Dn300 Or More Than Dn300 In Size. (Option 2) Activated Valves, Handwriting Valves, Return Valves, Line Control Valves And Safety Valves Associated With The Process Of Electric Boiler Plant, Less Than Dn300 In Size. (Option 3) Activated Valves, Handwriting Valves, Return Valves, Line Control Valves And Safety Valves Related To The District Heating Battery Process, Less Than Dn300 Size. Delivery Time For Valves With Actuators Is 12/2025 To 2/2026. The Tenderer Must State In His Tender What Is The Latest Moment Of Redeeming The Option So That The Delivery Can Be Achieved In The Schedule Target Presented. The Gsdml Files For Electric Service Equipment Must Be Delivered To The Subscriber By 1/2026 At The Latest. According To The Current Schedule, The Valves Are Connected To The Plants Pipelines During The Installation Of Process Pipelines During The Early 2026. The Deployment Of The Valves Takes Place According To The Preliminary Schedule Q2/2026. The Supplier Must Commit To Carrying Out The Delivery According To The Schedule Specified By The Subscriber. The Schedule Is Commonly Binding On All Parties To The Project. Changes To The Schedule Require The Approval Of All Parties.
