The Employer will respond to any request for clarification which he receives earlier than 3 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. The Employer will respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bidding documents. Written copies of the Employers response including a description of the enquiry but without identifying its source will be communicated to all prospective Bidders, who had received the bidding documents and acknowledged their participation to the above-mentioned email.
