Expression of Interest for Provision of Security Services Proposed Plan and Design of a Smart City NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited is a company with limited liability registered in terms of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31]. It is licensed by the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to provide mobile telecommunications services. The company is wholly owned by the Government of Zimbabwe. It started off as a special business unit established by the Postal and Telecommunications Corporation on 25 September 1996 for the provision of mobile telecommunications services. NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited is calling for Expressions of Interest (E.O.I) from interested and eligible Consulting Firms with capacity and proven skills in infrastructure projects development planning and management to plan and design a Proposed Smart City on land measuring approximately 300 acres. The proposal by NetOne to develop this property into a Smart City was brought about by the need to monetise the 300 acres of land which is part of NetOnes assets. This monetization will be through relevant sustainable infrastructural development to facilitate industrialization and economic growth of Zimbabwe as well as regional and international integration and trade in line with the Zimbabwe Governments Vision 2030. Pursuant to the above. NetOne invites eligible and expenenced Consulting Architectural firms (Consultants) to submit their expressions of interest for the provision of architectural services. The Consultant must come with a team of all specialists that can deliver the following professional services: 1. Conduct a feasibility study for the project. 2. Develop a Design Brief and Master Plan layout for the project. 3. Production of Architectural. Engineering designs and Bills of Quantities for the project.
