Tenders are invited for Shared-FWA-Hotel Services-Duhok. Envelope opening session will be held on (26/3/2025 at 11:01 Am on Wednesday) and place (Justice Tower, 5th floor, Mosul Road (opposite to Sami Abdulrahman park), 44001 Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq) and the bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening. General conditions about the hotels: Designated parking garage or area. Walkable distance to shopping markets. 24/7 security, electricity and services. Equipment requirements for each service must include the following: Conferencing rooms: Data projector and layout, sound system and microphone, chairs, Tables upon request, internet connectivity, proper lighting. Single, suite, and extra bedrooms: Telephone service, fridge, extra sheets, internet connectivity, TV, hairdryer, desk/table and chair, mirror, wardrobe/closet, fire alarm system, fire escape route.
