The awarded supplier must issue an official invoice and withholding tax certificate. RWDS is not obligated to award the tender to the lowest bid. Incomplete or non-compliant bids will be rejected, as well as those submitted after the deadline. Bidders must ensure official documentation of bid submission and receipt at the RWDS office. The awarded company will cover the costs of advertisement and publication. RWDS reserves the right to split, cancel, or modify parts of the tender without providing reasons.
