1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Internal Elevator In The Building Of Primary School No. 6 At Ul. Łąkowa 13 In Toruń. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Construction Of An Internal Elevator Elevator Shaft With Brick Supporting Structure, A Structure Stiffened With Reinforced Concrete Wreaths And Mandrels, Founded On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation Plate, 2) Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Lift With Electric Drive, With A Shaft Of 1.6 X 1.69 M, Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled People, The Elevator Will Be Served 6 Levels, 3) Electrical And Teletechnical Work On The Power Supply And Equipment Of The Elevator, 4) Sanitary Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Norbert Sawicki, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: En -Em Project - Norbert Sawicki; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Art, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Employer.
