The Order Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Works: A) The Execution Of The Attic And The Complete Roof Along With All Machining, Chimneys And Lightning Protection Installation (In The Scope Of Lightning Protection No Longer Includes A Bednarka Around The Building); B) Installation Of Window And Door Joinery; C) Wall Insulation Facade; D) Execution Of Partition Walls; E) Execution Of Electrical Installations, Excluding Photovoltaic Installations, Cctv Video Monitoring, Burglary Signaling And Sswin Attack (But With Distribution Of Cables Regarding The Disabled Installations); F) Execution Of Internal Water And Sewage System (Excluding The Distribution Of Sewage Installations Under The Chudy Concrete On The Ground Central Heating Together With Connection To The Existing Installation And Modification Of The Existing Installation (Modification Of The Heating Connection); H) The Construction Of Floors (With Floors); I) Making Internal Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, And The Implementation Of Suspended Ceilings; J) Performing Painting And Wall Cladding; K) Installation Of The Elevator; L) Installation Of Sanitary Fittings; M) Installation Of Interior Doors In Bathroom Rooms; N) Performing Piping And Distributing Cables To The Designed Air Conditioning Installation. The Order Of The Contract Should Be Done In Accordance With Technical Documentation Covering The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical And Executive Projects In The Architectural, Construction, Electrical, Water And Sewage Industry, Central Heating Installations, Connections, Heating And Air Conditioning Installations As Well As Appropriate Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Permission Of The Podlasie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments Of 07.06.2024, Sign Z-I.5152.139.2024.Bs Establishing The Requirement To Conduct Archaeological Research In The Form Of Supervision And Obtaining Permission Of The Podlasie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments For Conducting These Research.
