1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation Together With Obtaining A Final Building Permit Or Obtaining A Statement Of The Authority About A Lack Of Objection To The Submitted Construction Works As Well As The Implementation Of Installation And Construction Works For The Modernization Of Buildings Of The Medical Center Boruta Sp. Z O.O. In Zgierz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of Co -Financing From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź Under The Priority Program Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In Public Buildings And Municipal Resources. 5. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz; 2) Technical Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz; 3) List Of Questions And Answers From The First Procedure - Zp.272.1.2025 - Annex 6 To Swz; 4) Energy Audit In The Case In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Special Process Were Used, Or If The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Compared To The Swz Specified In Swz And Attachments, Indicating Such Indications Or Reference With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent (Including The Use Of Devices), Provided That Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible In The Situation If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Or Equivalent Or Equivalent Expression Is Not Equivalent In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7.
