1. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes For Remuneration To Perform: 1) A Technical Project Together With The Technology Of Performing Mining Works And Obtaining A Permit Of The Conservator Of Cracow Monuments Of Salt (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs) To Perform Mining Works Including Rarańczas Transverse Reconstruction On The Section From The Intersection With The Rorańcza Rarańcza To The North Entrance To Iin In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Plant, Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Robots, 2) Mining Works Based On The Developed And Approved Technical Design. 1.2. Mining Works Will Include A Comprehensive Replacement Of All Elements Of The Excavation, Including Door, Half -Door And Lectures On Ceiling And Levy Fields, While Maintaining Identical Dimensions And Background Spacing, As Well As The Performance Of A New Spinal Spout. 1.3. The Purpose Of Mining Works Is To Restore The Safe Condition Of The Excavation In Which Tourist Traffic Is Carried Out. 1.4.
