The Subject Of The Contract Is: Drawing Up A General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Krośniewice In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Pizp Act, And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including, Including, Including:1), Analyzing The Starting Material, Including In Particular Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Requests For A Change In Spatial Planning, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage, Etc.); 2) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications And Announcements: On Joining The Plan, About The Accession To Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinion And Arrangements And To Cooperate With Conducting Procedures And Documentation Of Planning Works; 3) Preparation) Preparation Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain The Required Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectonic Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; 4) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, The Preparation Of The Content Of Complaints Against The Provisions; 5) Posting The Required Advertisements In The Press And Incurring The Costs Of Their Publication; 6) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geoans, Collecting Comments, Conducting A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Deadline Set Out With The Ordering Party To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); 7) Preparation (In Consultation With The Employer) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoankiet, Advertisements, Announcements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Above -Mentioned Pizp Act, Including In Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8Il 8J And 8K Of The Pizp Act; 8) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Participation), During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission (Physical Participation) And Participation In Meetings With The Participation Of Councilors (Committees Of The Commune Council And Sessions - Physical Participation); 9) Preparation Of The Justification Of The Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Development Of Spatial Data To The Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act (At Various Stages Of The Development Of The Plan); 10)
