1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1191P On The Liszkowo -Glesno Section, Which Is Part Of The Piła Poviat Bypass. 2. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1191P On The Liszkowo-Glesno Section, Which Is The Northern Beltway Of The Piła Poviat Over A Length Of 5,757 Mb. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, Widening The Roadway Road No. 1191P Together With The Construction Of A New Surface Along The Entire Width Of The Road (Technical Class With, Traffic Category Kr-3), 2) Reconstruction And Expansion Of Intersections, 3) Construction Of Ground Roadside, 4) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Conventions, 5) Dehydration Of The Road Body (Maintenance Of Existing Roadside Ditches), 6) Expansion Culverts, 7) Adjusting The Parameters Of Vertical And Horizontal Arches To Applicable Regulations, 8) Horizontal And Vertical Marking, 9) Execution Of Road Safety Elements, 10) Cutting Trees In The Road Body. 3. The Task Is Co -Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. 4. Task Implemented On The Basis Of Zrid Decision. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor, In Order To Supervise The Implementation Of Works, Be Had The Construction Manager (Condition Of Participation In The Procedure) And The Manager Of Bridge Works. The Contractor Shall Transfer To The Employer The Data Of The Bridge Manager Immediately Before The Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 3 To Swz.6. The Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Construction Works - A Minimum Of 36 Months (Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Construction Works Is The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of Swz). 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Works, Taking Into Account The Detours. 8. The Contractor Should Have Vertical Signs And Other Security Devices For The Duration Of The Execution Of Works For The Purpose Of Marking The Works Covered By The Contract Consistent With The Provisions. The Cost Of Securing Signs And Devices, As Well As Their Dismantling Should Be Included In The Price Of The Offer. 9. Building Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading And Use In Construction, And Have Current Approvals Or Declarations Of Compliance With Technical Approval. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Taking Samples Of Pavement For Laboratory Tests.
