The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof On A One -Story Building In Prison No. 1 In Łódź Located At Ul. Beskidzka 54 A, 91-612 Łódź, As Part Of The Renovation, Will Remove The Current Roof Covering And Perform A New Cover Of Roof Tiles, Repair Damaged Fragments Of The Structure, Form Roof Slopes And Replace Glowing Along With All Of The Bodywork. In Addition, The Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roof And Insulation Of The Building Peaks. When Renovating The Roof, The Contractor Will Carry Out A Lightning Protection System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Solutions He Proposes In The Form Of Documentation, Taking Into Account The Assumptions Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Should Be Implemented In The Costs Of The Offer Presented In The Costs Of The Offer. The Contractor Should Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Construction Works And Costs Related To Waste Utilization, As Well As Research, Measurements And Check -Up Of Lightning Protection, Delivery, Labor Costs And All Others. The Potential Contractor Should Make A Local Vision Of The Building Before Submitting The Offer To Carry Out His Own View And Measurements. In Order To Estimate The Scope Of Work Related To The Renovation Of The Roof, The Employer Provides The Prepared Bill Of Quantities (Blind Cost Estimate) Constituting Annex 3 To The Swzpriem. The Contractor Participating In The Local Vision Is Entered In The Register. The Local Vision Should Be Agreed At Least 24 Hours In Advance. The Offer Submitted Without Such A Vision Or Without Checking The Documents Necessary To Perform The Order Available On Site At The Ordering Party, Is Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
