1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Thermomodernization Of Primary School No. 401 At Ul. Tarnowiecka 4 - Preparatory Work. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of A Construction Design Together With A Technical Design In The Scope Of: A) Insulation Of External Walls Of Buildings, B) Insulation Of Flat Roofs, Including: Replacement Of Flashings, Replacement Of Lightning Protection System, Chimneys Renovation, C) Rainwater Assessment, Camera Inspection And Development On This Basis Of The Rainwater Sewage Inspection, D). External Doors, Including: Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills, E) Replacement Of Central Heating Installations Along With The Modernization Of The Heat Node And The Necessary Arrangements With The Heating Network Gestor, F) Replacement Of Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Along With Analysis And Calculations Covering The Effectiveness Of Ventilation And Compliance With Applicable Regulations, G) Replacement Of Neon Lighting For Led Lighting, H) Works Accompanying The Implementation Of Thermo-Modernization, As Well As An Effective Notification Of Construction Works To The Relevant Architectural And Construction Administration Body (If It Is Required On The Basis Of Relevant Provisions Of The Construction Law) And Performing Authors Supervision During The Performance Of Construction Works. The Thermomodernization Project, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Must Be Consistent As To The Scope And Obtained Thermo -Modernization Parameters With The Buildings Energy Audit. 3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Services Are Specified In Annexes 9, 10 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Energy Audit.
