The Subject Of This Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Ustka Commune, In The Period From The Date Of The Contract To December 31, 2025 Together With The Implementation Of Additional Services And Obligations. 2. Subject Scope Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Service Or Service) Includes 1) Collecting Municipal Waste From Pszok In The Field Of Waste Fraction: A) 17 01 - Concrete Waste And Concrete Debris From Demolition And Renovation; B) 17 01 02 - Gruz Ceglanyc) 17 03 80 - Waste Papad) 17 06 04 - Insulating Materials Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 06 01 And 17 06 03E) 17 01 07 - Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Debris, Waste Ceramic Materials And Equipment Elements Other Than Those Listed In 17 06 01F) 20 01 39 - Plastics2) Transport Of Collected Municipal Waste To The Place Of Collecting (Development) Of Waste, Provided By The Contractor And Indicated In The Offer, 3) The Management Of Municipal Waste, At The Place/ Places Of Collection (Development) Of Waste, Provided By The Contractor And Indicated/ Indicated In The Offer, 4) Ensuring Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of Services Of Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste, To The Place/ Place Of Collection (Development) Of All Municipal Waste Fractions, 5) The Implementation Of Services And Obligations From The Abovementioned Points 1-4.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Following Legal Acts: 1) Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399, As Amended) 2) By Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) - Hereinafter U.O, 3) By The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended),- As Well As All The Terms Established In The Specification (Hereinafter: Swz) And Its Attachments Requirements. 4. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 And In The Scope Of Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2, If The Employer Provides For Such Requirements: The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors Of Employment Under A Contract Of Employment, In Particular, Waste Collection Activities: 1) Driving Vehicles Used To Collect Waste, 2) Loading Waste To The Vehicle Used For Waste Collection- Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Art. 22 § 1 Codenx Of Work, Which Reads: By Establishing An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform A Specific Type Of Work For The Employer And Under His Leadership And At The Place And Time Appointed By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ An Employee For Remuneration.
