The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop A General Spatial Development Plan Of The Ząbkowice Śląskie Commune Together With Other Necessary Documents, In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Urban Knowledge In Force, Including In Particular: 1) By The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130); 2) 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758); 3) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Of ​​Completion Of The Building Supplementing In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729); 4) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1112, As Amended); 5) By Resolution No. Xii/76/2024 Of November 28, 2024. On Joining The General Plan Of The Ząbkowice Śląskie Commune; 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads; 7) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development. The Scope Of Activities To Be Performed On The Contractors Side In Relation To The Preparation Of A General Plan Includes: 1) Assessing The State Of Existing Development; 2) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Resulting From The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Regulation On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Discharge And Extract From It; 3) Preparation Of Materials, Notifications And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor, As Well As Analysis And Development Of A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions; 4) Introducing Possible Changes Arising From Arrangements, Repetition Of The Procedure To The Necessary Extent (If Necessary), And If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints To The Provisions; 5) Preparing The List And Proposals To Consider Applications Together With The Justification For The General Plan Submitted To The Draft In Connection With Art. 13I Para. 3 Point 1) Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 6) Preparation (In Consultation With The Employer) Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoanket For The Purposes Of Conducting Public Consultations; 7) Posting Relevant Advertisements In The Press And Incurring Costs Of Press Publications; 8) Presentation Of The Plan Of The Plan And Active Participation In Public Consultations On The Solut
