1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase With The Delivery Of Asphalt Emulsion To The Surface Consolidations Of The C69b3pu (K1-70) Roads In A Total Amount Of 125 Tons. The Contractor Will Provide The Emulsion With Its Own Transport To The Storage Base In Brzeźnica Near Brańska, In Batches (As The Employers Needs) 20-25 Tons Once With Pumping Into The Stationary Tank For The Emulsion. 2. Cationic Asphalt Emulsion, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Should Meet The Requirements Of Pn-En 13808: 2013 Asphalt And Asphalt Binder. Principles Of Classification Of Asphalt Emulsions And Should Have Certificates Or Certificates Confirming The Fulfillment Of This Standard. 3. The Offered Emulsion Should Be Useful For Surface Fixations. The Contractor Should Present A Certificate Of Company Production Control In The Offer, Which Is A Certificate Of Behavior Of The Norm Or Important Technical Approval. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Included In Annex 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz).
