The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Sizes Required By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contracting Authority Will Determine The Type And Size Of The Ordered Footwear In A Individual Order. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Mpgk Magazine Located At Ul. Bieławin 5, 22-100 Chełm On Business Days (I.E. From Monday To Friday) From 7.00 To 14.30. 5. Delivery Should Take Place With An Effort, At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor. 6. Detailed Implementation Conditions Were Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 7. The Offer Should Take Into Account The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Procedure, E.G. Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Which Should Be Added To The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Costs Of Packaging, Transport, Exchange, Unloading As Well As Taxes, Including Tax On Goods And Services In Accordance With Applicable Law, Charged The Contractor.
