Tenders are invited for Supply of Petroleum and Car Wash Services. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. Today, we work in both new and protracted crises across 30 countries, where we provide camp management, food assistance, clean water, shelter, legal aid, youth led initiative and education. OVERVIEW NRC is seeking to sign a 2 years framework agreement with Bidders that would commit to supply NRC with Petroleum Products and Car Wash services. The Tender is split into two (2) Lots. The first Lot will be assigned for the supply of Gasoline and Car Wash Services and will be awarded only to One (1) Bidder that has the capacity to cover all Lebanon via a rich network station. The second Lot will be assigned for the supply of Diesel and would be awarded for several Bidders, each covering a field area if no Single Bidder is able to cover the supply need respecting NRCs minimum requirements stated in Section 4.
