Expression of Interest For Design, Prepare, And Co-Facilitate A Training Of Trainers (Tot) Program, Along With A Volunteer Selection Plan

Tenders are invited for Design, Prepare, and Co-Facilitate a Training of Trainers (Tot) Program, along with a Volunteer Selection Plan, for 25 Participants in the West Bank. Purpose and Rationale Global Platform Palestine is seeking a qualified consultant, either firms or individuals with relevant experience, to Design, prepare, and co-facilitate a Training of Trainers (ToT) program, along with a volunteer selection plan, for 25 participants in the West Bank. The Global Platform is an ActionAid youth hub where we work to enhance youth capacities in different areas, and it seeks also to build networks with youth groups and networks to make social change. Accordingly, one main goal should be achieved: Select at least five qualified participants of the ToT training to be added to the Global Platform co- trainers Pool of 2025. 3. KEY DELIVERABLES The consultant is required to: Co designing ToT alongside Global Platform Team. Co preparing for the ToT including content development, participants selection process, co facilitating 6 days ToT, co report development. Design an evaluation tool for Co-trainers selection Feedback for the Global Platform trainers 4. Duration and working schedule: The Training of Trainers will be held from 15th 20th April 2025 Timeline: Date of ToR advertisement : 13th March 2025 Date of Consultant Selection: 25th March 2025 Date of Outcomes first meeting: 27th March 2025 5. Qualifications of consultant/ Firm Bachelors degree in humanitarian or social work or any related field Extensive experience in working with youth. Previous proven experience in designing-facilitating ToT. Very good background of the Global Platform Methodology and Principles 6. Application process Trainers that meet the requirements should submit an expression of interest, which should include the following: CV and Cover letter including the consultant suitability for the assignment and current contact information, include 2 samples of previous similar work. Technical offer: detailed response to TORs, with specific focus addressing the purpose and objectives of the assignment, methodology to be used and key selection criteria (max. 5 pages) Financial offer: detailed budget breakdown based on expected daily rates, initial work plan.
