Separable Portion 1: Electorate Office Refurbishmentthe Refurbishment Includes And Is Not Limited To Certified Design, Demolition And Construction Of Internal Partition Walls, Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, Flooring, Glazing, Access Control & Security Hardware, Final Finishes, Relocation, Removal And Storage Of Office Furniture, Equipment And Items, Auto-Door Installation, And Certification. Separable Portion 2: Electrical & Hvac Works The Contractor Will Consolidate And Upgrade Distribution Boards Within The Tenancy To Meet The Requirements.
