The Subject Of Performance Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Legislation So -Called Turnkey So That The Subject Of Performance Can Be Used Without Any Additional Modifications Or Work For The Agreed Purpose, Ie For Waste Collection. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is Also: • Delivery Must Include All Costs Associated With The Delivery Point Ie Transport Of Equipment To The Place Of Performance, Commissioning, Training Of Workers, Etc. • The Technique Supplied Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Relevant Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Technical Standards, Valid Regulations And Standards For These Products. The Technique Must Be Equipped For Traffic On Roads In The Czech Republic. • Together With The Handover Of The Technique, The Supplier Also Hand Over Its Complete Documentation For Proper Operation And Registration Of The Machine - The Operating And Maintenance Instructions, The Spare Parts Catalog, The List Of Service Points, Etc. • The Technique Supplied Must Be Fully Functional. • The Contracting Authority Admits So That The Supplied Technique Is Not New, But In That Case: O Must Not Be Older Than 40 Months (Assessed About The First Registration In The Technical Card) And At The Same Time The Total Vehicle Raid Must Not Exceed 80 Ths. Km.
