The Salo City Status Services (Contracting Entity / Subscriber) Requests Tenders For The Construction Of Geothermal Heat To The Komisuo School In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Documents Attached To It. The Acquisition Is To Build Geothermal Heat For The Komisuo School As A Total Contract Including Well-Drilling, Earthworks, Pipeline, Insulation, Electrical And Construction In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Attached Contract Documents. The Water Heating Of The Komisuo School Is Replaced With Geothermal Heating And The Site Is Located At Suomusjärventie 151, 25390 Kiikala. The Geothermal Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor Of The Construction Project. It Is The Responsibility Of The Main Contractor, For Example. Coordinating The Project Schedule With Other Contractors. The Main Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of The Legislation And As A Contractor Responsible For Site Services And Site Management Responsibilities With All Its Obligations. The Geothermal System Consists Of E.G. 9X 250 M (Active Depth) Of The Heat Wells And A Total Of 80 Kw Of Geothermal Heat Pumps, As Well As An Additional And Spare Heat Source. The Average Electricity Consumption Of The Site Has Been About 200 Mwh/Year In The Last Six Years. The Geothermal System Is Connected To The Existing Building Automation System Of The Property. Building Automation Is A Separate Acquisition Of The Customer. The Building Automation Contractor Supplies The Sensors, Sensor Pockets, Valves And Actuators To Be Connected To The Rau System. These Pipeline And Electrical Installations Are Part Of The Total Geothermal Contract. According To The Schedule Of The Contract, The Drilling Of Energy Wells May Be Started As Early As May 1, 2025, But The Interior Work Can Only Be Started At The End Of The Schools Spring Semester, June 2, 2025. The Contract Must Be Fully Completed By August 1, 2025 Before The School Begins, And The Contract Has Also Been Handed Over To The Client.
