The Subject Of The Contract Is: Production And Delivery Of A Stand-Demon Technology For Thermo-Mechanical Delamination Of Single Solar Panels, For The Needs Of The Technical University-Sofia, Under The Project Bg-Rrp-2.004-0005 Improvement Of The Research Capacity And Quality For International Recognition And Quality Sustainability, Bg-Rrp-2.004-Creation Of A Network Of Research Higher Education Institutions In Bulgaria. The Order Aims To Produce And Delivery Of 1 Pc. The Stand-Demon-Demon Technology For Thermo-Mechanical Delamination Of Single Solar Solar Panels. Minimum Technical Indicators Requirements: 1.1. The Device Is Built On A Modular Basis, With The Ability To Replace The Individual Modules. 1.2. Replaceable Modules Should Be Able To Attach To A Common Massive Frame, Ie. Technological Positions For Individual Modules With The Possibility Of Accession Should Be Provided. 1.3. The Device Must Contain The Following Modules: 1.3.1. Module For Gripping, Feeding And Bending A Strip Of The Body Of The Photovoltaic Panel, Made Up Of At Least 3 Pairs Of Rollers, Separated Around The Main Roll. The Gripping/Bending Rollers Are At A Diameter Of Not Less Than 60 Mm And A Length Of Not Less Than 300 Mm, Corresponding To The Width Of The Strip. All Rollers Must Be Driven (At Least One Manual), Ie. All Couples Should Have The Capacity Of Gripping And Submitting The Strip To The Next Operation And Steadily Adjusting The Angular Velocity, With The Possibility Of Changing The Strife Distance To The Axis Of The Main Shaft At Least 0.1 Mm. 1.3.2. Module For Rotary Separation Of The Glass Layer With A Self -Driven Crush/Cleansing Shaft, With The Possibilities Of Removing Crushed Bending Glass Layer. The Drive Of The Shaft Should Be Carried Out By A Three-Phase Electric Current With A Power Of At Least 0.7 Kw At Adjustable Shaft Speed. 1.3.3. Heating Module Up To 150-160 ºc On The Strip Without A Removed Glass Layer. 1.3.4. Thermo-Delaminating Module For Removing/ Peeling Of The Semiconductor/ Glass Layer From The Supporting Polymer (Base Of The Panel) By A Heating Flexible Element With One Cutting Edge, With The Possibility Of Tension With Adjustment Of The Tensile Power And The Height Of The Establishment, Ensuring The Penetration Of The Melted Substance. The Cutting Element Should Be Heated, Providing The Possibility Of Temperature Control In The Range Of 100-200 ºc Depending On The Predefined Value. The Feeding Movement Should Be Provided By Part Of The Roller Mechanism. 1.4. With The Possibility Of Preheating The Area Before The Cutting Tool Of The Solar Panel Up To 120 ºc. 1.5. With The Possibility Of Translational Feeding Of The Cutting Instrument Along The Solar Panel, And Oscillating One During Operation, Perpendicular To The Main Feeding Movement. 1.6. The Separation Layer Of The Cutting Tool
