1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Food For The Needs Of The Participants Of The Project Entitled: From The Czeladz Transformation To Intergenerational Reactivation Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027, Co-Financed From The Fund For A Fair Transformation For The Priority: Fesl.10.00. European Funds For Transformation, For Action: Fesl.10.24. Social Inclusion - Strengthening The Process Of Fair Transformation. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Transport, Unloading, Bringing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Social Services Center Ul. Rynek 2, 41-250 Czeladź, Social Service Center Ul. Biedermanna 2 41-250 Czeladź, 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, I.E. The Assortment And Price Form. 4. The Trademarks Or Origin Of Foodstuffs Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Only Used To Determine Technical Parameters, Standards, Properties, Quality, And Usefulness That The Foodstuffs Included In The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Characterized. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor May Offer Art. Food Equivalent To The Indicated. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Delivery Of Foods Twice A Month-On Dates Set Out With The Employer-Not Less Than 3 Business Days Or Longer Than 5 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order-Depending On The Contracting Authoritys Demand, Based On The Orders Submitted To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor. In The Orders Placed, The Employer Will Specify The Exact Amount Of Ordered Articles, Among The Assortment Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, I.E. The Assortment And Price Form. The Value Of A Single Order Will Not Be Lower Than Pln 1,000.00 (In Words: One Thousand Zlotys, 00/100) Gross. 6. The Shelf Life Of Individual Articles Should Be Not Less Than 3 Months From The Date Of Placing The Order, While All Vegetables And Fruits Must Be Qualitatively Good, Fresh With A Healthy Appearance, Intact, Without Stretching, Without Bruising, Bruises, Without Signs Of Rot, Wither And Mold. 7. Food Products Covered By Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Collective Nutrition Plants, Including: Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Approvals, Have Appropriate Marking, I.E. The Date Of Minimum Durability And The Date Of Shelf Life, Have The Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. 8. The Transport Of Offered Foodstuffs Must Meet The Sanitary Requirements Regarding Food Transport Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448). 9. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Goods Delivered If There Are Any Irregularities In Terms Of Quality, Shelf Life, Or It Will Be Transported In Inappropriate Conditions. 10.
